Bars with Orange or Lemon

Fr the dough:
30 grams candied orange slices
85 grams butter
85 grams powdered sugar
1 egg
1 / 2 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (Grand Marnier) or juice
140 grams of flour
Decorations:
140 grams powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons orange liqueur or juice
the spirit of one orange
60 grams pistachios, crushed
Cut the candied orange slices. Mix all ingredients for the dough. Cover dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll dough very thin (about 4 mm) on a floured surface. Cut the dough into bars of 2.5 cm x 5 cm.
Place the bar on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Bake at 200 Celsius for 10 minutes and cool
To garnish:
Combine powdered sugar, water and orange peel. Brush on the stem and sprinkle with pistachios. Allow cookies to dry and harden before serving.
For Lemon Bars:
Replace orange slices, orange peel and orange liqueur with pieces of candied lemon, lime and lemon juice.
